Home Water System units are guaranteed for a period of ONE year from date of purchase with all parts and service. If the Home Water System units have not been physically broken through misuse, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Any unauthorized tampering or attempt to repair the unit will invalidate these guarantees.
Dol-Fyn Distiller Warranty
Home Water Systems certifies the Dol-Fyn to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship on all stainless steel parts for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase. Electrical and non-stainless steel components are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Reverse Osmosis Warranty
The one year limited warranty; Home Water Systems warrants the Economy Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Treatment Systems ( excluding membrane and cartridge filters), when installed in accordance with Home Water specifications, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Other than the membrane and cartridge filters, any part found defective within the terms of this warranty will be repaired or replaced by Home Water Systems.
5600 Meter Initiated Valve Water Conditioner
The warranty period with respect to the water conditioner is built of quality material and workmanship. When properly installed and maintained, it will give years of trouble-free service.
FIVE YEAR COMPLETE PARTS GUARANTEE
Home Water Systems will replace any part which fails within 60 months from date of manufacture, provided the failure is due to a defect in material or workmanship. The only exception shall be when proof of purchase or installation is provided and then the warranty period shall be from the date thereof.
TEN YEAR GUARANTEE ON MINERAL AND BRINE TANKS
Home Water will provide a replacement mineral or brine tank to any original equipment purchaser in possession of a tank that fails within 120 months, provided that the water conditioner is at all times operated in accordance with specifications and not subject to freezing or exposure to direct sunlight.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Home Water Systems assumes no responsibility for consequential damage as a result of escaped water from the water filter; labor or expense incurred as a result of a defect or for failure to meet the terms of these guarantees because of circumstances.
